Anxiety

Anxiety is a normal response by the body to help you cope with life’s many challenging situations; however, anxiety can become a concern when it starts interfering with your work, school, relationships, social life, or daily routines. Whether you are experiencing general worry and anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety, perinatal anxiety, panic, or a specific phobia, we can work together to improve your quality of life so that you're no longer limited by your anxiety.

OCD

Having obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) can feel debilitating, but it is highly treatable with therapy. People with OCD experience obsessions and compulsions. Obsessions are intrusive and unwanted thoughts, images, or urges that cause distress or anxiety. Compulsions are behaviors (mental or physical) that a person feels compelled to perform in order to ease their distress or neutralize their unwanted thoughts. OCD presents itself in a variety of forms, and I offer specialized CBT and ERP treatment based on the specific needs of each individual person.
