Take a pause from daily stressors for a quiet weekend retreat centered in wellness, stretching and breathwork practice, and mindfulness activities in a setting ideal for unwinding and relaxing. Our per person packages are inclusive, allowing you to focus only on the present moment. We welcome guests who are 18 years or older.
It starts with an intention.
Our weekend wellness retreat might be beneficial for someone who struggles with anxiety or worry, staying present in the moment, prioritizing mental wellness alongside life’s responsibilities, or someone who simply wants to grow their wellness practices in a supportive and low pressure environment. Retreats are limited to small groups of less than 10 to keep the experience personalized and intimate.
The program includes daily sessions that may include stretching, beginner yoga, breathwork, mindfulness practice, self-compassion, acupressure, reiki, grounding exercises, and individual wellness coaching. The program packages include all meals, snacks, drinks, private accomodations, and any materials needed to participate in sessions so all you need to focus on is you.
